The yacht is in good condition for her age, having been professionally maintained since new. Finished externally with Awlgrip navy blue hull, hand laid tead decks.
The yacht is owned by a UK VAT registered company, all the shares in the company are held by the current owners.
There is a marine mortgage of approx £54000 of the value of the yacht granted to the company. The new partners may take advantage of this by paying £16500 of the value of the capital cost in cash and the rest by joining with the other partners in the loan of approx £13500 per share over 4 years. The regulation for this is defined in the company/share agreement.
She has been sailing in the Med and Caribbean from new .
