OWNERS COMMENTS

Generally in good condition for the age, we will replace the headlining, interior lights and holding tank this year before launching - included in the price. We have a no smoking rule below decks. The current partners take their holidays in longer 4 - 6 weeks blocks, it would be good but by no means essential that an new partner would fit onto this pattern. Currently the period 13th July to 23rd August is allocated to the new share owner. Photos of Rualda

ANNUAL RUNNING COSTS

Total costs are : Summer €3.5 per day in Preveza harbour with guardinage, Winter storage in cradle including lifts €1800, Insurance £455, routing annual maintenance about £700. When the boat is away from Preveza overnight moorings in the Ionian are generally free. Thus the total annual cost to an extent depends on the level of use made by the partners.
