OWNERS COMMENTS
Seeking a second 1/6 share owner. The boat is currently used for skipper only charter (myself as unpaid professional skipper) and private use. Booking for charters are undertaken by Northrop Johnson. With a season of 5 weeks Caribbean and 8 weeks USA or Med. Charter a net return to the owners after all normal running costs will pay 7%pa.
Am prepared to act as professional (unpaid) skipper to partners if required or partners may sail independantly if experience is accepted by the insurers.
The price of £50000 includes anticipated running costs for the 1st year, VAT liability on return to the EU and an emergency fund.
The partner will become a director of the company with voting rights on the management of the boat.
I am looking for someone who takes an active interest in the yacht rather than just a business investor and would encourage their involvement in the relocation of the yacht between Caribbean, US and Med cruising grounds.
The yacht is now UK flag and equipped to DoT specifications
