ANNUAL RUNNING COSTS
Boat and Berth:
The current owner is resident on island and will retain 2 quarter shares. He owns the berth which he will rent to syndicate at 80% of marina rate. Provided the boat is lifted for cleaning for 4 weeks in the summer no charges will be made for lift out and hardstanding. In 2009 the yacht will probably be out of the water 7 July to 12 August .(This could be altered by a member familiar with boat and marina)
Flat
Flat is non smoking(except balconies) and is not suitable for young children.
Please check on availability of dates for 2009. Booking should be made by June for the following year.
Generally the two incoming members will alternate their first choice of dates for boat and /or the flat. The current owner will take what is left as he is free to sail anytime
Annual mooring whole boat €5480 including lifts ashore if during July/August
Insurance £600
Routine maintenance £600
So 80% of €5480 @ 1.26 = 3500+600+300= £4400/4=£1100
For the appartment an entitlement to at least 3 fortnights per partner per year for as long as the flat is in the owners´
possession at a contribution of £200 per week or £350 per fortnight.
The owners reserve the right to take a security deposit of 4 weeks rental to cover accidental damage.
