OWNERS COMMENTS
The boat has been well maintained with improvements and replacements where necessary. We are not aware of the need for any immediate expenditure. We have lived on the boat for 4 - 5 months each year for the last 6 years sailing in Greece and Turkey. The boat is well equipped for comfortable long term occupation with cooling fans, sun awnings etc as well as energy efficient LED lighting and 12v monitoring. We would like to keep the boat in Greece but are flexible about location. Our current base in Poros is a 1 hour ferry trip from Athens. We are looking to 2 -3 non smoking partners to share the boat to allow us to significantly reduce the time we spend on board while still allowing us a few weeks access each year. Currently we do most of the regular maintenance ourselves to contain the costs and would continue to do our share of the work. If partners wished to employ professional maintenance we are happy with this but the annual maintenance costs would rise.
