OWNERS COMMENTS
September Rose is in excellent condition with aluminium hull. Teak deck fully replaced in 2008. Currently owned 50/50, the present owners use her for only about 5 weeks each year and so there would be plenty of time for new partners. No problem with school summer holiday time. Experienced yachtsmen required.
ANNUAL RUNNING COSTS
Approx £400 per 25% share per month, 60% of this represents the marina mooring.
