GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Built in 1981 by the Pearson Group in California as the largest of their stable of yachts
the 530 is well regarded as one of the finest offshore yachts combining go anywhere capability
with exceptional performance
The centre cockpit design gives ease of sail handling with the cutter rigged ketch arrangement and
also allows very confortable accommodation with owners stateroom aft and a good sized double guest cabin
forward
Rusalka was purchased in the US by our clients as his ultimate yacht and sailed short handed to Turkey
where she now lies. An unfortunate turn in his medical life now means that sailing is no longer
possible and she is reluctantly for sale.
She is fully equipped for long distance offshore passage making with big tankage and a massive
generator. She is not VAT paid. We believe that she is exempt from RCD provisions but this would
need to be checked if appropriate for her new owners
