Bavaria 44 S*II specification -

S* II was built in 2002, currently used by a small British owned Greek charter company, current Greek commercial charter licence. S* II has charters booked for 2011, she will be available for de-registration from the Greek flag at the end of the 2011 season. However a new owner will receive a guaranteed income of £7000 from bookings of 7 weeks charter plus 70% of any additional charters accepted. This is after all annual mooring, insurance and routine maintenance is paid. Obviously the owner may use the boat for no cost during the weeks not booked for charter.

Arrangements can be made for inspection and survey.

The following is a standard inventory which applies for all the charter trade in yachts. There may be slight variations in equipment, please check if a particular item of importance to you is included.

Contract for sale will of course contain an accurate inventory for the yacht purchased

Euro 75000 ex VAT

The price assumes that all the equipment included in the sale is present and is in good operative condition.

The sale is ex VAT, this will be charged on all sales to EU resident purchasers at 23% and a VAT invoice as proof of payment will be supplied.

There is a charge of Euro 1200 payable by the buyer for the employment of a Greek lawyer to undertake the transfer of ownership. This includes the cost of deregistration from the Greek register of shipping. Reregistration in the UK costs £25

LOCATION

The boat is located in Preveza, Greece, inspection can be arranged in advance during the sailing season but will need to coincide with a period free of charter use.

STYLE OF SALE

The boat is offered as second hand yacht, sold as seen, surveyed and accepted.
