The following is a standard inventory which applies for all the charter trade in yachts. There may be slight variations in equipment, please check if a particular item of importance to you is included.
Contract for sale will of course contain an accurate inventory for the yacht purchased

VALUE AND PRICE
The boat is priced as a trade in, the intention of the sale is to allow the owner to be free
to place an order for a new boat. Little negotiation is possible on the price offered
The price assumes that all the equipment included in the sale is present and is in good operative condition, the sails will be less than 12 months old.
The sale is ex VAT, this will be charged on all sales to EU resident purchasers at 19% and a VAT invoice as proof of payment will be supplied.
There is a charge of Euro 1200 payable by the buyer for the employment of a Greek lawyer to undertake the transfer of ownership. This includes the cost of deregistration from the Greek register of shipping. Reregistration in the UK costs £25
LOCATION
The boat is located in Greece, inspection can be arranged in advance during the sailing season but will need to coincide with a period free of charter use.
STYLE OF SALE
The boat is offered as second hand yacht, sold as seen, surveyed and accepted.
