OWNERS COMMENTS

Over the last few years we have spend quite a lot of money improving and updating. In addition to the recent sails, rigging and engine in 2007 we had professional osmosis treatment and had the topsides repainted. Alternator poly belt conversion done in 2006 lay up.Decks professionally painted 2007 New log & Depth sounder fitted 2005. Forpeak re upholtered 2005 also pilot berth. New spray hood 2005. Taylors heater serviced 2005 . Time is allocated on a 4 week rolling programme - Friday to Friday. This is amended in July/August to allow each partner a 2 week cruise. Summer holiday cruise subject to discussion, in the last few years a serial cruise with remove handovers in norther France have been arranged and allowed each partner to have a longer "one way" holiday within a 2 week period.

ANNUAL RUNNING COSTS

Each partner pays £170 per month into the group bank account, this covers all mooring, insurance, winter storage, winter fit out, sea-start membership etc.

Moorings and insurance have been paid in advance the benefit of this will be passed to the new owner
