OWNERS COMMENTS
The syndicate is non smoking. Costs are kept to a minimum with the owners doing as much as possible of the maintenance (e.g. antifouling, running repairs etc) therefore a practical person would be well suited though not a prerequisite. The boat is allocated out for weekends at the start of each year each member getting one in 4 weekends. Summer period the boat has historically been split between each member for a 2 week holiday often with a handover and other members assisting in moving the boat to the destination (e.g. France or West Country).
The Genoa may need to be replaced in the next few years
